Weekly Blogging - The Journaling Of An Indie Author

I’ve been rather absent on this website, and that’s not great. I wanted to use this as a hub, but if it’s going to be any kind of hub, it needs to actually be updated. To which I can only do my best.

I’ve gotten myself taggled in a number of new projects, and I have a number more I want to start. So perhaps a weekly progress report, and ways you can invested in my author productions, might do us all a little good. For the sake of catching everyone up though, here are some of the things to look forward to and that have come out since I last updated my website:

  1. My book, Word Walkers: Stolen Secret, released in paperback!

  2. I started the process of making my first audio book.

  3. I started beta reading for Word Walkers: Harts On High (I still need more readers if you’re interested in free books!)

  4. My new D&D podcast, Homebrewed, released its first campaign. You can watch for several rotating campaigns.

  5. I started writing a video essay series I’m very excited to produce on Journey, ABZU, and Sky: Children Of The Light.

  6. I’ve been struggling with my mental health, and I’ve had to make some tough calls to work on improving it.

  7. I revamped my Patreon! It now includes rewards around Homebrewed, and will help support the podcast and then myself as the main producer.

  8. My artist and I started working on art for the next book in Word Walkers.

  9. I’m developing a new service I want to provide independent creators, offering SEO work for a fraction of what marketing companies offer. This will be better explained in the future as I hammer out pricing.

And I’m sure there are more to come. Thank you all so much for being open to my transitions and I’ll work towards something more stable in the future.
